WaveVR is an immersive therapeutic experience that helps people manage stress, regulate emotions, and build resilience. Grounded in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), it guides users through mindfulness, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance exercises in a calming virtual environment.

EMDR VR
Overcoming fears and processing trauma
Our VR therapy programme helps people overcome phobias and process traumatic experiences including PTSD. Using evidence-based EMDR, users self-administer treatment in a safe, immersive environment – working across diverse phobia types with a single protocol. A prospective clinical trial showed large effect sizes, with all participants dropping below the clinical threshold by end of treatment. No adverse effects were reported.
